I've worked for a vzw retailer for many years and have been a die hard blackberry supporter. I recently made the switch to the Incredible and sold my Tour. Basically I got sick of hacking my bb's os to get it to work right. This Android stuff is amazingly fast and reliable not to mention I can install and delete apps with out having to reboot my phone and waiting 10 minutes lol
