Help new to your site, and a simple (?) question

Hi,

I have a nexus one (HTC) - it took three phones, but I finally have one that functions well.

I can't figure out how to how to put my name & email information directly onto the screen that opens before you unlock the phone.

I did this once 3-4 months ago, but I can't find the instructions for this again.

I want to have the correct information there, in case someone finds my phone

I had put my name, emai address and also the note "reward for return" - but can not remember I I did this !

I believe that there is some sub menu under "settings". Are you aware of this option ?
