Help my Verizon galaxy note 2 Stuck on Kies Screen ,now I no phone, can anyone help me out ,thanks in advance

I'm not clear on what you mean by the Kies screen Do you mean the download screen that looks like this? (example only, don't worry about the text posted on that screen in the upper left corner)

If so, just pull the battery, reinsert, then reboot

there is a picture of my cell, yellow triangle a picture of computer screen and the message says Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again. If you could bless me with some firmware and what to do I would appreciated, am running windows 8.1,any help thank you...

Are you rooted? The reason I ask, is that taking an OTA while rooted either can unroot you or fail.
Is your carrier Verizon?

I had no idea that I was rooted and I don't know anything about it I just went to update my phone and it wouldn't let me I have a Verizon gn2 and it's unlocked for T-Mobile so I'm on T-Mobiles network with a Verizon phone can I factory reset my phone without messing anything up I just wanna update my phone thanks

a friend of mine fix it for me, and he rooted with super su, now my question is ,can I un locked it from Verizon, and use it with straight talk? And does anybody have the apn setting/,thanks in advance

Sorry, I'm new here, still have to figure some junk or, but I havr a small problem in hoping to get some help for. Just upgraded Note 2 to 4.4.2 and i can't d/l tp my external card now, there are 20 gb of open room, but it keeps saying there is no room.. What can i do?
