I rooted my Nexus 2.2 before the 2.2.1 build came out and my little knowledge about rooting in general updated to 2.2.1 and now I cant unroot my phone. I used Universal Androot and everytime i tried to un-root it it says i still have the power.. is there a way i can reverse this or possibly find a 2.2.1 root to overwrite it? what do you guys suggest? Bare with me cause im not too familiar with this stuff

I don't really understand what your saying.

Are you saying you seem to still have root even though you updated to 2.2.1?

2.2.1 undoes your root. You will need to re-root if that's what you want to do. Universal Androot will not work.

You need to use this - http://androidforums.com/nexus-all-...oting-frg83-without-unlocking-bootloader.html
