My wifi is stuck on turning on ...how can I fix it? Im not good with this kind of issues. Please can anyone help?

Not sure what you've tried already but every once in awhile mine stops connecting and sometimes just turning WiFi off and back on fixes it. If not, try restarting the device.
Is this your home WiFi? If it still won't connect after the above, unplug your WiFi router for a few minutes and plug it back in. If it still won't connect after that, we'll have to try to think of something else.
