NFC payment app

I'm sure I read somewhere that the s4 was coming pre-loaded with visa paywave. I've just bought an s4 on the EE network in the UK and there is no sign of this app. I've downloaded the orange quick tap app from the play store but this won't work either. Does anyone have knowledge of when we're likely to get an NFC payment app on the s4. Thanks
