no connection - settings or fault?Support

    i have connection issues

    1. Most of the time my connection says 'out of range'
    2. sometimes my connection reads fine but i cannot browse or do anything which requires a connection

    my connection worked fine for about an hour when i first unboxed it yesterday but ever since it has not worked. i have tried it both at home and at work and it doesnt work

    in my first hour i downloaded and installed a bunch of stuff from my play account and these were things i have installed on my galaxy 2 phone and my nexus 7

    i have since performed several factory resets and the problem is not solved

    i have initiated a return with amazon but i must know what the fault is
