    i didnt get insurance on mine, and it wont turn on. sent it to motorola and they didnt even fix the problem. wow so im at a stand still right now. how do i power this dam thing on, its been powered off for 2 months. any help?

    Im a Triupmh owner and i have no insurance, so i cant get a replacement phone and my phone wont power up. does not charge at all no red light or nothing. am i out of luck ?

    Call virgin mobile your phone comes with a one year warranty.

    Almost every carrier nowadayz has a 1 yr. Warranty, but I would dish $40 for 2 yrs. Once you get your new device, considering it's coverage

    virgin mobile said i have to pay $100 and i didnt have the 40 bucks at the time and once i had my phone i jus didnt even care about it but now it doesnt work i wish i did go back and get insurance.

    Is the phone currently activated? For the free VM stuff your phone has to be currently activated on your account.

    Had the same problem though I just bought a new battery, fixed the problem.

    Though I don't know if its just me, but me cord only works at a certain angle but still the new Anker battery solved it. ...late
