I bought a used note 3 this week that was locked to videotron. After unlocking it and using my sim card from telus I noticed the data was not working while text and phone was working fine. I spent about 2 hours with Telus support trying different setting but what worked in the end was creating a new APN access port network with the specs they gave me. If you happen to have the same problem as me, start with asking them for a new APN and you will save alot of time and frustration.
