Help No internet messages even with Full strength LTE

Just started happening with the 5.1.1 update, but could be coincidence.
Basically the phone works fine but has no internet. Only way to fix it is to use the hard power button (the one next to the sim card slot) and turn it back on.
Two other people I know with this phone are not having this issue, one is even on the same carrier.
Any ideas?

Go into recovery and clear cache and see if that fixes it.If that don't fix it try a factory reset.
