NO-SOUND after upgrade Android version

Hi to all,
I have a device Iconia Tab A100. Unfortunately, when upgrading Android 3.2.1
It stopped work audio - do not work speakers or headphones.

In doing so, the previous version of Android 2.2 sound worked without problems. I wanted to ask .. There is something like update audio drivers or something similar? What can I do with this issue?

Did you make sure the volume was up and the unit isn't set to silent in Settings > Sound?

Did you try a factory reset? Make sure to back up any important info before doing the factory reset.
