non-free VOIP provider with ported number

Hi,

I ported my number to Google Voice to save money on wireless. Got Net10 card and am very happy with service. I use the Net10 phone as a forwarded phone in GV, so I can answer call through WiFi Android Groove IP app, or through Net10 phone.

The above is the desired, how-it's-supposed-to-work solution.

Problem is, first day with Google Voice was ok. Now nobody can call me, whether it's AT&T or VZW users. I am ready for a paid provider, even though I lost $20 for Google to port my number over to them.

So far I have found one company (Line2) that does:
- port my number to them
- (unlimited or per unit) calls and SMS as long as I have WiFi or cellular data
- ring the Android app AND the forwarded cell phone, like GV does
- do it all through an Android app.

Are there other solutions that are reliable and are non-free that meet the three requirements above?

Thank you!
