Not able to start Sprint TV

    I get the following alert when I try to start Sprint TV.
    "You have no network connection. Please check your connection and try again "later."

    Any idea?

    My tv would start but it would not play. Sprint customer service tried to fix. NOT! They said return the phone to best buy. Which I did. New Hero!!No problems now.:)

    I have had that problem as well, I do a power cycle and everything works after that. Dont know if that helps you.

    Power cycling didn't help.
