Help Not all Facebook birthdays showing up in Calendar (and side question)

Well the other day I was having most bdays show up twice in my Calendar (which I have linked to Facebook events), so I cleared all Facebook data and re-set up my account in hopes they'd just show up once. Now many bdays appear in my Calendar (once thankfully), but not all. I've tried refreshing my Facebook Directory in the People app several times and can't seem to get all the birthdays to show in Calendar.

Any ideas?

Also, I noticed under Accounts & Sync, there is only Facebook for HTC Sense rather than both Facebook for HTC Sense AND Facebook like there used to be. Is this the same for others since upgrading to 2.2? I tried to Add Account -> Facebook and it doesn't work.

Please feel free to chime in on either of the above or both.
