Not connecting to PC but charging

Sorry I don't know whether this is correct place for this thread or not.

My phone is not connecting to PC only charging.
I saw somewhere about "fast charge" and I want to disable it BCZ i enabled it few days ago but I can't remember where or how...
My phone is not rooted and I don't want to root it.
please help ASAP!!!

I already tried 4 different cables on different PC's.
Every time when I connect phone to a new PC it works as expected, then I disconnect it and connect it again and that annoying message is displayed "USB device not recognized"...

I mean to say it only works one time per PC.

OK problem solved.
I uninstalled all my PC drivers using USBDeview tool for windows... and then reconnected my phone and now it's working as usual.
