Not getting any caller IDSupport

    I am not seeing any caller information at all when I receive any calls. I have tried calling from my office and home, both of which are in my contacts. I have even chosen the action to add this number (from my home) to my home contact since it didn't recognize it. But then I call again and still no info and I get another prompt to add this number to a contact. I have searched the forum, and checked every setting I can click on but I don't see anything for turning on or off any caller ID setting.
    I wonder if its something about my account as this is my second Incredible (had non responsive screen on first) and it did the same thing. Others in my office who have this phone don't have the problem. Oh my phone is ringing!... it was my wife. No caller ID again. Weird?

    Its more of a Verizon system problem/option not the phone, call Verizon and have them check your options/caller ID... at least start there.
