not getting multimedia messages

had a quick search ,, apologies as im sneaking this in at work


sometimes i get picture messages, sometimes i get a message and it says 'download' on it and i click that and it says download failed, i then continue to get progress reports saying its failed the next few days?

You must have more than 1 bar signal and a stable data link with the network to get mms.

How do I stabilise my data link? Seems ive had quite a few not received mms

Move to somewhere with strong signal then retry downloading
