    Despite the e-mail stating Premier customers may purchase the Transform before the release date of 10/10, I was unable to activate it due to the phone not appearing in the system. Sprint get it together !!!:eek:

    Same issue. I'd have been just as happy not knowing I could "have it early".

    "Here, look at this pretty phone. Don't bother turning it on."

    i'm a premier member and didn't even get the email to inform i could get 4 days earlier. :confused:

    Well I wouldnt be disappointed we got the e-mail and went to the store and they stil can't activate it anyhow

    I just had a customer call to activate hers. We got her activated and she was happy.
