Probably a Cliq. I'm currently on T-Mobile and Have a loyalty plan with them that I refuse to give up because of the incredible rates I get. The down side is that they only carry two phones with Full keyboards, which are the G-1 and the Cliq. I figure the Cliq has the better hardware, (I know it only has 1.5 but supposedly that is going to change in the near future.) I really think that there should be more Android phones with hardware keyboards. Not having the hardware keyboard means you give up half of your screen to type. It would be fine for some people, but I've avoided an iPhone for that very reason.
