Not receiving phone calls on LAVA XOLO A700

Hello All,

I am using LAVA XOLO A700 phone from last 6 months. But i haven't face such kind of issues before.

I am using 3G activated serviced in SIM 1 and 2G in SIM 2.
But somehow when i set Mobile Data for 3G activated service i am not able to receive any calls for SIM 2. I used to get the calls previously, but from last 2-3 days i am facing such issues.

I need help urgently.
Any feedback will be greatly appreicated.

sorry i never heard of your phone.....so i can't be of too much help. have you tried calling your carrier? it could be that your towers are down or something to that effect.

Issue seems to be resolved now. I have reset my phone by using Factory Reset and did backup from SD card. Issue seems to be one of the application.
