Help Not receiving wi-fi at home

I am experiencing trouble having any wi-fi strength at all, while at home. I have no reception, my 4G is blank, my bars show nothing. Everyone else's phone's are fine. My iPad is fine. It has come down to me having to run my Hotspot. PLEASE HELP!

the first thing I'd do is a reboot, if you haven't already. if that doesn't correct the problem, I'd next do a battery pull, wait a few minutes, reinstall the battery & bootup. if the problems persist, it could be a hardware issue, a software setting, or a software conflict (new app).
