Help Not so incredible speaker

I love my Incredible, and have recently gotten it rooted/custom rom, etc. I have only had it for a month or so..

Unfortunately, I have blown the speaker... and I'm not really sure how, either. Everything pretty much sounds horrible now, even at low volumes... so.. the question: Should I try to get a replacement, or just deal with it? Keep in mind, I really don't want to have to root it again... or wait for a new one. I also like the OLED screen and don't really want one of the new LCD ones..

opinions? suggestions?

That would bug the crap out of me so I would order a new one.

You get to keep yours while you are waiting so it's not that big of a deal.

Rooting again will suck, but I don't think it will suck less than having a blown speaker.

Yeah, definitely get a new one! You don't want to be dealing with a blown speaker for 1-2 years do you?

You've rooted once, so it should be easier the next time!

I don't think LCD screens are shipping yet, so I wouldn't worry about that.
