Recently I've noticed my Note 5 is emitting some sort of static electricity or what I assume it is. Whenever I set my phone down whether it be my computer desk or bathroom counter, it oftens gives off a static/crackling sound. I have also noticed when setting it on my rubber wrist rest in front of my keyboard as well. This generally happens more often when I kind of give it a "hard drop" to my desk or counter rather than a gentle set-down.

I'm not sure if it is actually static electricity or something internal but it is strange. I haven't noticed any issues with the phone or getting shocked when touching it. I have a Spigen rugged case as well.

Thanks!
