I am going to maywood on Monday to the customer service center to have my note 5's screen replaced.

I was reading the reviews and some people went to the center to have their screen fixed, and maywood shipped their phone to the facility.

Other reviews say they fixed it on the spot

What will be the most likely outcome when I go?

I am asking because there are no phone repairs near me that offer note 5 service. None, only note 4s and galaxy s's
