so i'm getting really mad. today around 12pm i went to go check my phone and nothing on the screen was working. i tried to unlock it and it was like my phone was frozen. i rebooted and took the battery out several times, still nothing. it says when i have new messages and fb alerts, but i still can't look at them because my touch screen doesn't work. the four buttons on the bottom (i have an lg optimus v) work, but the lock screen doesn't work. someone help please?
