Help Notification Help

I'm currently using SMS Popup, and at randoml it'll stop vibrating and playing my selected sound. I'll have to restart my phone to make it work again. I've also tried Handscent and it does the same thing at random. I've even unistalled and reinstalled. Is it my phone or the apps? Please help.

I use noled for notifications and its free on the market. Just install and config the settings and reboot the phone. Good luck and i hope this helps you.
