I may have a unit that's slightly more sensitive than average (see my posts from several days ago about random reboots). Bearing that in mind, I still want to throw this into the ether. I installed Nova Launcher. It worked great on my Droid 3, which was running the Team Kang ICS ROM. I expected the same results with a phone running authentic ICS, but I got bootloops instead. I had ~15 seconds of control over my phone before it would reboot. I had to uninstall Nova Launcher, but I took the Settings app off my homescreen (I'm rearranging some stuff) and couldn't uninstall before the phone rebooted. Advice for anyone who's thinking about installing Nova Launcher or who did and is now stuck in a bootloop: get your Settings app on your homescreen. As soon as I uninstalled Nova Launcher, the phone stopped rebooting. I'm currently looking for a new launcher. It could just be my phone, but someone else out there may have a finicky phone, too.
