Odin or Heimdall? And where do get the .PIT/PDA files?

Hello, I would like to revert my Galaxy S 4g back to stock like it came out of box. I did root and play around and delete apps and now i would like to go back. This is more so I can learn the process and understand more about rooting and stuff.

I found a couple links to ODIN but they didn't work. And I am having trouble find the .PIT and PDA files needed. Does anyone have a link to where I can download the files and ODIN or Heimdall?

I think I messed up. I was deleting some apps and I guess I deleted a system app, "PhoneSetupWizard." I did a factory reset after deleting what I wanted and now my phone won't reset. It won't get passed the setup screen.

Suggestions?
