Old Microsoft Games

I was thinking how great it would be to get some of the early Windows games ported to Android. I would especially like to see Jezzball, Maxwell's Maniac, Pipe Dream, Ski Free and Chips Challenge.

Does anyone know how difficult it would be to port these games to Android? They are all 16 bit games and are free to download.
