One S developed short & long term memory loss

Hi all,

Really hope some one can help here.....I'm using a one s with no problems however my partner's one s has decided to delete all her photos,music,ring tones,alarm tones etc all by itself and will not store anything now either. If I take a picture on it , nothing ever appears in the gallery,it always just says no photo's found? Any idea's?

If it helps....it was a one s locked to orange, we got an unlock code and use an O2 sim and it was fine for a while then funny things started happening like the clock from the home screen started disappearing all the time then the rest happened.

I really hope some one can help??

Have you tried a factory reset?

No but can do to see if that works. Any ideas on how I could maybe retrieve any photos that were deleted?surely they must be there somewhere.....

Have you linked a Dropbox account? If so they should be there. Also mine uploads any photos I take to a private album in Google Plus, so this may be worth checking too.

I don't know, but if it's easy to get the code again I would do just in case
