Help Only get the Android logo...

I just bought a LG Optimus One (P500) from Pixmania. Tried to upgrade the software through LG Mobil support Tool.

Now I can't get passed the Android logo when I turn on the phone. And I have to disconnect the battery to turn it off. What's wrong and what can I do....?

Have you tried to power up the device after pulling the sd card?

just wait 5-10 min and the phone will start.
