Does anyone know a good app to monitor kids from accessing unwanted websites?

That's very well rated - by parents. Read the full description and some of the negative comments from kids, some of them are hilarious.

If not exactly what you're looking for, others may be found by searching the Play Store for parental control.

And bravo for looking out for your kids!

Thanks for the reply. I've looked at the app. It works for the younger kid in the family. Those who know to unlock the devices need slightly better methods
