OpenGL ES 2.0 Android port possible??

    So we're doing some new work on a Android phone that has support for OpenGL ES 2.0 but obviously Android hasn't caught up yet. Is there ANY way we can somehow get Android to use 2.0, maybe with Native Code, so that we can use shaders on this new phone? Any suggestions on this would be great!! Thanks!

    As the problem is lack of hardware support in the phone, I doubt you'll be able to make any current device run OpenGL ES 2.0, no matter what you try, short of physically attaching a different graphics unit to the device.

    Am I correct in stating that the Sholes will be able to run this?
