os upgrades for htc one s unlocked in india

I plan to buy an HTC one S 520e from ebay (unlocked from T mobile)for using in india. The version released in india is 560e, with the older s3 processor. Will I be able to receive OTA jelly bean upgrade?. As the processor in the international 520e version is different, do you think I will be able to receive the software upgrades released in india

Did you buy the phone? if yes, did you really get the snapdrag s4 (Krait) version model? I plan to buy the same from ebay, so wanted to know the feedback on the phone. let me know.
