I'm on vacation with our Macbook Pro (with OSX 10.6) and I setup Internet Sharing in System Preferences... When I enable WEP (either 40 or 128-bit) I can't connect my Captivate but our iPhone 4 connects just fine. When I disable WEP then I can connect my Captivate fine. With WEP it prompts me for the security key but just immediately drops to "remembered" and doesn't actually connect and get an IP. (I would try another encryption but Apple in their infinite wisdom doesn't include any stronger type for sharing)

I'm running everything stock on the Captivate... any ideas on how to make it work so that I can stop getting laughed at (even though my response is of course it works Mac to iPhone...)
