So, I am rooted running the stock ROM/Kernel S-ON, and am under the impression that I need the stock recovery for the ota. If I go S-OFF, and then unroot and accept ota, will installing clockwork recovery give me root again? THANKS.
as long as you have s-off, yes you can put the clockwork mod recovery of a PB..IMG file onto ur sd card and get there recovery back on and s-off preserves the root, so yes.

No. What he meant was S-OFF allows you to reroot. If you install an unrooted ROM or OTA, you can reinstall the custom recovery, then you can install super user & titanium backup (which will also give you busybox) again.
What should we do with the new update? Should we manually update with the file on the Twitter page and then run a recovery or should we use the 3.21 method?
