my friend with a motodroid and another friend with a evo have both rooted their phones, and have both updated their radio like two or three times and its always been as simple as a simple update.zip file. they never had to unroot, update, reroot. why is it such a pain for us dinc users?

    1. We don't have nand unlocked to install radios via clockwork.
    2. We have one radio to play with, and its a patch file. If you apply it over itself, you have an expensive paperweight.

oooh that's right, stupid nand. forgot all about that. any word on when that might happen? I think I've read that unlocking nand can actually be risky as well. oy. I think I'll have to get brave and just update the stupid radio, and get my awesome froyo WITH camcorder.
