Help OTG on ZTE

Does the ZTE Z813 Overture 2 have OTG? Does the Grand X Max +? Is it possible to plug in a regular flash drive, and where on the phone?

You have given us new hope. The phone in question is a ZTE Z813 (Overture 2) from Cricket with version 5.0.2. It has ARM v8, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 MSM8916.
