Help Ott tv box

i purchased an ott tv box 4K and had it all hooked up to the tv and it was working great but after about 30 minutes the screen went white and it hasn't worked since, I can't even get it to show up on the tv, I've tried every hdmi port in the tv and it just won't work. The blue light shows the box is on but it will not work. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to return it. Please help if you can. Thanks
