    Hey Guys,
Yesterday before rooting my phone i bought DocsToGo 2.0. After buying the software (Last Night) I rooted my phone. I installed the stock sprint rom but with root access. Since then I went to market place and tried to re-download docstogo paid version but I can't find it on the market. I see the free version and I dl that but it comes back and tell me that i need to buy the full version. I am using the same email address that was used when purchasing the app. Does anyone know why I can not see a paid version of DocToGo. Also, I searched for logmein (free) and can't find that app as well. Any Suggestions.

I would suggest you go to their website and email them (Docs2go) to see what they can do. For the future, I would suggest you install Titanium Backup from the market and backup everything.

If you flash another ROM, it will restore your apps from any backup you have made with it.

Which ROM are you running? The debug ROM you used to root does not show protected apps in the Market. You should update back to the stock rooted ROM or one of the custom ROMs.

That's interesting. When you speak of the Rom. From my understanding, I am using a the stock (os that comes loaded on the phone) but has been rooted. I don't believe that i am using a debug ROM. Also, when you speak of protected apps are you referring to apps that you have purchased recently or apps that are not fee in the app market? Thank you if you could clarify those two questions i would greatly appreciate it.

When I flashed my phone i used the file (PC36IMG.Zip)...does this file have debugging turned on as far as you know?
Also, back to my question about protected apps. I can see paid apps in the app market but I just could not see the one app that i recently purchased before rooting.

The PC36IMG is a debug ROM. It will not show apps in the Market that have been designated "protected" by their creator. There is a "stock rooted" thread on xda with the proper update and another thread with the OTA update. I'd link them, but I'm posting from my EVO. Just check the "how to root" sticky.

Yes, that is the stock ROM. Just make sure it says "rooted" in the topic or in the file name.

Not sure why you'd want to (unless you need to have your phone serviced), but you just install an official RUU from Sprint or HTC. You can find them on their respective websites in the EVO software download sections.

Ok not sure but I think I unrooted my evo 4g I tried about 30 times but when I ran the ruu it wouldnt find my phone. I downloaded htc sync and tried it again and then it found the evo and I did follow the steps to flash my evo back to stock.
