Pairing Bluetooth headset

Hi i am trying to activate my blueparrotB250-xt heaset, to my samsung galaxy phone .i went to the first page to go bluetooth on.then i went to settings then to wireless and network,then to bluetooth settings there it says the device is paired but not connected, what else do i have to do

Delete the pairing and start over.

Enable Bluetooth on both devices. Follow the Blueparrot instructions to make your headset available for pairing. Go onto your Samsung phone to initiate a bluetooth search for the headset. Once the phone finds the headset, tell the phone to pair with the headset. The phone should then ask for a password which should be documented in your instructions (usually it's 0000 or 1234).
