PalmOne and Samsung Tab S question

I have a PalmOne desktop application and can export the files as .csv What App would you suggest that is safe and secure to import and use this database on my Samsung Tablet S

An office app like Excel usually will deal with CSV. Otherwise, look for the type of app - shopping list, to do list, spreadsheet, whatever and see if that app will import and use CSV, too.

I can import csv into both a spreadsheet app like excel, and a budgeting app like Pocket money. Easier to import directly into Pocket Money.
