Pause wait

I have Quick question for Droid fans. Verizon has no answer. How do you enter Pause/Wait in a phone #? I can't get the p to work.

From other forums it looks like a comma will perform a 2 second pause. Haven't tried it myself, let us know if it works.

You can use the letter "p" for a "pause" within your phone number. It will pause the dialing for about 2 seconds. Also, a comma is acceptable. They both work.

You can use the letter "w" for a "wait" within your phone number. All dialing will stop an you will be prompted to select the next string that follows the "w". A semi-colon performs the same function. This is often referred to as a "hard pause" whereas "p" (2-sec wait) is known as a "soft pause."
