PdaNet icon means??

I ran up against my limit with my Verizon Modem so I tethered my PC to my Droid X with PdaNet. It works great .... however, I would like to know what the displayed icon is supposed to mean ... right now ... 3.73M / 33.3M ?? I suppose it's upload/download ... but I can't find any info on it.
