PDAnet on my Moto Cliq/Laptop

I have a new Moto Cliq, and my dad has the Droid. He has PDAnet on his and connects to the internet just fine. Mine however, on the cliq, is causing an error message that says "PDAnet.exe has stopped working". Has anyone seen this before and can you tell me how to fix it? I have tried uninstalling on both my pc and my phone and then reinstalling...but that doesn't work. Please help and thanks in advanced to all that do help.
