There already is an app bundled with the phone that can read PDF.
    It's called Officesuit.
Adobe Have an official pdf reader on the market I believe, but it only works on devices with android 2.0 or greater.

I couldn't open a pdf on a web page but if you transfer a pdf file on to the SD card it does read it. Assume you can if its sent as an attachment to an email. Couldn't find a way to copy the pdf from the web or a way to access it. Any ideas?

I read .PDF ebook novels on my phone.

i am having this problem as well. Beamreader was the best, but runs out in 10 days or something. I cant find anything free that works. and officesuit crashes with large files, it wont open them.

GoodReader Lite is the SHIZ when it comes to iPhone....too bad its not for android too

I can confirm the office suite does as well. I just had a play with it and it opened a docx file and in my downloads file, for some reason, I have a pdf on there and it read it fine. No idea where it came from mind lol :s.
