Help People can't hear me

People often can't hear me, but I can hear them. It seems to happen sporadically. Reboot sometimes helps. Voice Recorder also has same problem. Usually just 'white noise' is recorded, but at other times I get crystal clear recordings. I've seen some posts about this for other phones but no solutions.

Any help much appreciated.

hard reset, if not, take back to Voda
