Help Phoenix, AZ - Looking for a carrier

I'm looking to purchase my first smart-phone. A Posh Mobile Titan HD E500a. It's gotten good reviews, and the price isn't too terrible.

Now I need to find a carrier. The phone specs say it will work with this type of network: GSM/Edge/4G HSDPA+ 850/1700/1900

Anyone with any recommendations for a carrier/plan in the Phoenix AZ area? I'm looking for price, call quality, with only very light data usage. And no contract.

I ended up with Cricket Wireless, and have been very happy. They use AT&T's network, but have no contracts and comparably very reasonable rates.
