Phone as bluetooth adaptor for PC

I've seen discussions on how to use your android phone as several different things, ranging from a wireless hotspot to a keyboard/mouse. There are instructions all over on how to tether your phone to use it as a wireless modem, but I've never seen mention on whether or not it was possible to use an android phone as a USB bluetooth adapter.

My Android phone is bluetooth enabled, but neither of my laptops are. Is there any way to use the phone as a bluetooth adapter when connected to the laptop via the USB cable (giving the laptop bluetooth capabilities)?

I know I can always just buy an adapter from the store, but I wanted to see if this was a possibility first. Thanks in advance for any help/insight. :)

Not currently. That doesn't mean it's impossible but there's no easy solution at the moment. You're better off getting BT dongles for the laptops if you really need BT on them.

I would pay for this app. Right now Newegg is selling a $12 usb bluetooth adapter. If an app for the android came out and worked well, i would pay at least 5 or 6 bucks.
