I am looking for a phone book app which will help me stop making international calls. I want to be able to selectively pick the numbers I never want to dial as I have run a huge bill by mistake.

I don't want to put international barring, as I won't be able to text abroad. I just want the app to stop me from calling abroad.

Does anyone know of any app or know of a workaround? I currently use Phonebook and I don't know if this is possible with this app.

I found an app called aFirewall cause I was looking to restrict some crank calls I have been getting. It lets you block from the call history or put in specific numbers and even lets you block complete area codes. I believe it will work with international cause it says not to put country code when blocking area codes.

Go to Contacts at the website. Create a group, and place those contacts in it. If any are in the MyContacts group, remove them. Then, on your Droid, check any group you want to see, except that new one you just created. (Contacts menu: display groups >>> tap your gmail address, opening groups selection)

PS- If the contacts still show up, you've got 'em in other groups as well. remove. rinse, repeat as above.
